This largely depends on the profile of your natural teeth. Sometimes it is possible to place veneers without any preparation for the natural teeth. Where this isn’t the case, we prefer to be as non-invasive as possible by removing a minimal part of the natural tooth enamel to place the veneers.
We recommend caring for your veneers just as for your natural teeth. This means brushing twice daily for two minutes, using interdental brushes or flossing, and twice yearly check-ups and hygienist appointments.
